"Be a Super Hero" Virtual Gala 

Thank you all for supporting Waukesha Free Clinic's "Be a Super Hero" virtual gala! We are incredibly humbled by the outpouring support from you, our loyal supporters! Here is how this virtual event will work!

Registration: Make sure you, your friends, and family are registered on our event website. It is crucial to be registered so everyone receives proper gala communication and auction information. 

Gala Box Pickup: Boxes can be picked up at the Waukesha Free Clinic (237 Wisconsin Ave, Waukesha, WI, 53186) on Saturday 10/17 10 am - 12 pm. For folks that need delivery, your box will arrive this Friday 10/16. Please refrigerate your cheese as soon as you pick it up. Purchase your drink ingredients beforehand to make your drink during the event with our state of the art mixology tutorial. 

Avenger's Game Package: Please do not open your game package until the night of the event! Keep the mystery alive. On the night of the Gala, the Super MC will guide you through the various games. 

Auction: The auction is open! Visit our items page, to view the amazing baskets. The silent auction will close on November 5th at 8 PM to give everyone a fair chance to bid on our items. Pickup will be Friday, November 6th at the First Presbyterian Church (810 N East Ave) from 4 pm - 6 pm, and Saturday, November 7th from 10 am - 12 pm at the same location.

ZOOM Link: Two days prior to the event you will receive a ZOOM link every single day until the event date to join the Gala waiting room. You can join from any mobile device or laptop. However, we recommend a laptop plugged into a television using an HDMI port to view the gala with your party on the big screen. Make sure to check your email and text messages for the ZOOM link. The Gala will commence at 6 PM on Saturday, October 24th.

Costume Contest: Purchase the costume contest item by October 22nd, send a picture with your costume on, and send it to the Super MC at [email protected] to be entered. During the event, wear your costume to show off in front of all the virtual attendees!
